Booking On The Website
Step 1: Begin by navigating to https://members.purebarre.com/auth/login and sign in to your Pure Barre studio account. Ensure that you choose the appropriate studio location associated with your membership.
Step 2: Click on the “My Schedule” button on the top of the homepage.
Step 3: Select the "Actions" tab next to the class you wish to cancel and then choose "Cancel This Class”.
Step 4: A confirmation message will display, confirming the successful cancellation of your class.
Booking On The App
Step 1: Log in to the Pure Barre app and verify that you have selected the correct studio associated with your membership.
Step 2: Tap on the "Schedule" icon located at the bottom of your screen.
Step 3: Choose the date for which you booked your class.
Step 4: Once your booked class is displayed, click on the three dots icon beneath the "booked" button.
Step 5: Select "Cancel Booking."
Step 6: Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Step 7: A message will appear, confirming that you have no classes scheduled for the specified date.
All bookings must be canceled at least four (4) hours prior to the class start time. To make changes or cancel a booking, please log in to your account on the Pure Barre app or website. Failure to cancel a booking at least four (4) hours prior to class start time may result in the following fees: A 'late-cancel fee' of $15 will be charged. A 'no-show fee' of $20 will be charged.
