How Do I Reset My Password?

If you've forgotten your Pure Barre password or need to reset it, follow the instructions below to regain access to your Pure Barre account.

Website Instructions 

Step 1: Access The Password Reset Page

1. Open your preferred web browser and go to the Pure Barre website: www.purebarre.com.
2. Navigate to the login page. You can find it by clicking on the "Sign In" option on the top right corner of the website. 

Step 2: Login Page 

1. You will then be prompted to the login page. 
2. Click on “Forgot Your Password?” option 

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address 

1. You will then be prompted to enter the email associated with your Pure Barre account. 
2. Once completed, hit the “Send Password Reset Instructions”. 

Step 4: Check Your Email 

1. Open the email account associated with your Pure Barre Profile. 
2. Look for an email from Pure Barre containing instructions on how to reset your password. This email is typically sent immediately after you submit your request.
3. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

App Instructions 

Step 1: Open the Pure Barre App

Step 2: Hit the “Sign In” button 

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address and hit the “Next Step” Button 

Step 4: When you are prompted to enter your password click on “Forgot?” 

Step 5: Enter Your Email Address 

1. You will then be prompted to enter the email associated with your Pure Barre account. 
2. Once completed, hit “Send Password Reset”.
