Here are a few situations that could occur causing issues with booking into a class.
Class Types:
Certain class types may require a special credit to book into, and standard credits are not valid. Some examples are below*:
Pure Focus Classes
Special Events
Workshops
Intensives
Private Classes
Depending on your membership level and individual studio guidelines, these class types require the purchase of a special credit type to be able to book into, and standard credits are not valid. Contact your local studio to confirm. *Additional class types may be included in this list. Contact your local studio to confirm.
Logged into Incorrect Account:
In some cases, you may be logged into the incorrect studio account which will not reflect any credits or memberships purchased on the correct account. Confirm that you are logged into the correct studio with the correct email address used when you made the purchase. Users may have multiple studio accounts using the same email address which can cause confusion.
Log out of your account and log back in to confirm you're attempting to book from the account that reflects your credits or membership package.
Receiving a Message "Out of Credits" but I have an Unlimited Membership:
If you receive a message that you're out of credits, but are still able to book, please submit a ticket so we can investigate.
In most cases, this will not affect your ability to book a class, it is simply a setting that we can update so the incorrect message no longer displays.
